About Us
Agricultural Association of the Czech Republic is a legal entity that is a voluntary, independent, non-governmental and non-political association of legal and natural persons - agricultural business companies, agricultural cooperatives, sales cooperatives and companies, farmers and other entrepreneurs whose business is primarily focused on agriculture, farming, breeding and services - which have been associated to protect their economic and social interests in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
Agricultural Association of the Czech Republic is an organization of employers - agricultural entrepreneurs and performs all the related functions, including the right to participate in collective bargaining and to conclude higher level collective agreements. The association is a legal person authorized to defend the interests of its members as competitors.
The objective of Agricultural Association of the Czech Republic is to defend and promote the interests of its members in the production, sale and valorisation of agricultural production, to seek agricultural and rural development, to assist its members in the development of their business activities and to provide them with services, consultancy services and education in the field of economic, business, legal and social issues.
